Ukrainian British cellist Nina Kiva regularly performs throughout the UK and internationally. A passionate chamber musician, she has attended festivals such as Yellow Barn, Mendelssohn on Mull and IMS Prussia Cove. She studied at the Royal College of Music, under the tutelage of Melissa Phelps.
Nina frequently performs with orchestras such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra and the Philharmonia. She has also performed as principal cellist of the English National Opera, and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Nina was an academist of the Budapest Festival Orchestra in 2022, selected by maestro Ivan Fischer.
